With the help of MyfitnessPal, I am finally starting to get an idea why I have been plateau-ing the last little while [not to mention I've been eating closer to what a 300 pound man should be eating daily!]... I don't really know how to measure stuff!!! I gotta say, my idea of a tablespoon was actually closer to 1/4 cup! I've actually started using measuring cups and spoons.
